The new name reflects our leadership in providing a full omnichannel digital engagement and shopping platform for consumers, employers and health plans to impact the cycle of high-cost health care.

As part of the name change, the solution names will also change. VitalsChoice, the white labeled transparency platform for health plans, is being renamed to CareSelect; VitalsSmartShopper, the consumer facing engagement and incentive program, is being renamed to SmartShopper. The recently launched Medical Expertise Guide (MEG) program that brings confidence and savings to high cost surgeries, will retain the Medical Expertise Guide (MEG) program name.
In addition, Vitals 360, the analytics and network management division, is being renamed to Sapphire 360. This division focuses on developing and advancing innovative data, quality and predictive analytics technologies to extend Sapphire Digital’s cost and engagement solutions, as well as to establish new capabilities that enable health plans to execute on their provider network strategies more effectively.
